Life Lease suites in The Court offer an attractive option for seniors who want to be part of a senior’s community in a condo-style setting. Our one- and two-bedroom suites range from 752 to 1,119 sq. ft with patio/balcony or sunroom options, in-suite laundry, and in-suite air conditioning.

The Court is an independent living facility where Residents share common indoor gathering spaces and outdoor landscaped gardens with the rest of the Shalem community.  Residents can also choose to eat in the Shalem Dining Room for our chef-prepared gourmet meal service or order from our take-out menu.

ife Leases
When you purchase a life lease, you buy the right to occupy the unit for as long as you can live independently in the suite. The suite always remains the property of Shalem and the Resident ‘sells’ the life lease back to Shalem for reimbursement upon termination of the lease.

>10 Years Tenancy: 85% Reimbursement Value (less 15% returned)

MONTHLY COMMON ASSESSMENT

Monthly fees provide for operational and maintenance costs as well as resident, recreational and wellness services.

OTHER OPTIONAL COSTS
Parking: $65.00 per month
Emergency Pendant: $40.00 per month
